Questions.

Pilots are $5,000 flat — one agent, one workflow, end-to-end, two to three weeks, rebuild or refund against the Blueprint. The pilot includes the first month of ongoing work after launch; after that, partnership pricing depends on what you want to build next and gets laid out inside the Blueprint.

The pilot goes live in two to three weeks. Integration-heavy builds take three to four. We lock the timeline at the end of the Agent Builder conversation, print it in the Blueprint, and hold to it.

Agents get meaningfully better when someone's tuning them. Every month we review what the agent missed, retune prompts and rules, add to the brain on your business, and ship the next agent when you're ready. You get a short report every month on what changed and what's next. Month-to-month after the first three months. Cancel any time. Specific scope and number come in the Blueprint.

The brain is your business's structured memory — pricing, policies, client norms, past decisions. Every workflow we build reads from it so the AI behaves like it's from your company instead of generic. It's yours. We mirror it to a GitHub repo you own and you can export it in clean markdown any time. If you ever leave, the brain leaves with you.

Yes. The pilot is fixed-scope and fixed-price — when it's done, the agent is yours to run either way. The monthly partnership is month-to-month after the first three months. If you stop, you keep every agent, the brain, and all the code. The system keeps running — it just stops compounding.

We'll tell you. The Agent Builder is free precisely so we can figure that out — saying no is part of the job.

Yes. We're based here and prefer local work, but we've built for teams across the U.S. Monthly reviews happen on video; the system ships the same.

The agent runs in your accounts from day one. The first month of ongoing work is included in the pilot. Before it ends, the Blueprint's after-pilot section lays out what we'd build next and what it costs — you decide whether to keep going or stop. Either way, everything we built stays yours.
